解决ArcGIS错误：Some contents of the application from the following website will be blocked

       在启用ArcMap的时候可能遇到如下错误（PS：这个错误也可能在ArcGIS安装的时候出现）：

“Some contents of the application from the following website will be blocked because of enhanced security configuration of Internet Explorer About: security_ArcMap.exe”.

       原因

       ArcGIS Desktop 10采用了ActiveX控件来渲染GUI界面，但是ActiveX控件会有一定的安全风险，所以如果被浏览器默认禁用的话，就会导致ArcMap无法启动。

       解决方法

       既然是ActiveX控件被禁用了，那就启用好了。方法如下：

       1.启动IE，打开internet选项，如图：

       2.切换到安全选项卡

       3.把安全等级调整到中高级，同时点击下面的自定义级别

       4.启用ActiveX控件

       5.确定保存设置。
